The Journey so far
Arriving to Australia in 1997 with a love of sport, Damian, the company director and owner, started Murphy Sports in 2007 with the intention of encouraging all members of the community to have an equal love of sport and to be as physically active as possible
Following his studies at the University of Sydney, Damian worked within the Physical Education Departments of an array of schools throughout Sydney. These experiences allowed Damian to help mould a sports business that now delivers fantastic sports services to schools, families and communities across Sydney
Since then Murphy Sports has grown from strength to strength and through it’s School Sports Programs; Holiday Programs; Sports Birthday Parties; Sports Coaching; School Events and OOSH Programs we are delighted to keep thousands of children happy and active each week
Murphy Sports is also proud to be both a registered Active Kids and Creative Kids provider with Service NSW and an accredited Sporting Schools provider with Sport Australia
Our Staff
Murphy Sports teachers and coaches are:
- Qualified (PDHPE; Primary; Sport specific)
- First Aid trained;
- Fully Insured (Public and Personal);
- Working with Children compliant;
- Experienced, friendly and energetic;
- Trained in a variety of sports;
